The Basque Government has published for the institutions of the Basque Diaspora an advance of the necessary documentation to be preparing hisrequests until May 16.

e-Proceedings for the subsidies to Euskal Etxeak - Basque Clubs



The Directorate for Relations with Basque Communities manages various subsidy programs for Basques around the world. The geographic dispersion of those receiving these subsidies makes their processing in the traditional methods enormously difficult. To overcome this difficulty, a procedure for the e-proceeding for Foreign Basque Communities has been put into place, through which it is possible to apply to the Basque Government for subsidies through the Internet, as well as carrying out the detailed tracking of the applications' status.


Objective

The main objective of this project is that all the necessary steps in the application and management of subsidies be carried out by Internet.

In addition, Basque Clubs that apply will be able to know the status of their applications at all times by consulting the Basque Government's site.
