Udalbiltza assists the development of euskera in Iparralde with 32,000 euros

Next Saturday, on the 12th of July, from 11:00 a.m. onwards in the press room of the Trinquet Moderne in Baiona, UDALBILTZA will be signing agreements both with the UDA-LEKU and HEZKUNTEK associations, with the aim of promoting the use of Euskera in Iparralde.

The agreement with UDA-LEKU amounts to 20,000 euros. This association is devoted to organizing leisure time for students from Iparralde in Euskera. For its part, HEZKUNTEK will receive 12,000 euros. The purpose of this other association is to organize exchanges between students from Iparralde and Hegoalde in the field of vocational training.


The people who will be offering the press conference are: Ramuntxo CAMBLONG: member of the executive board of UDALBILTZA® and councillor of Anglet; Benoit ETCHEVERRY: Chairman of UDA-LEKU and Beñat CASTORRENE: Chairman of HEZKUNTEK
